Before You Order



Artwork Requirements

Please supply your artwork in a high-resolution vector format where possible, or as a high-resolution PNG or PDF suitable for printing. All artwork will be reviewed before production.

Artwork Redraw

If your artwork is not suitable for printing and needs to be recreated or redrawn, an artwork redraw charge from R250 will apply, depending on the complexity of the artwork.

Artwork & Setup Fee

A once-off R250 artwork and setup fee applies to each new ribbon design.

Once your artwork has been approved and saved on file, repeat orders of the same design on the same ribbon width will not incur another artwork and setup fee.

A new setup fee will apply if the same design is requested on a different ribbon width.

Standard Turnaround

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 5 working days from artwork approval.

Artwork & Setup Fee

A once-off artwork and setup fee of R250 applies to all new ribbon designs. Once your artwork has been approved and saved on our system, future orders of the same design will not incur an additional setup fee.
